  1. Registration Instruction

  3. Paying for Mac CallerID© is fairly simple.  Double Click on the
  4. register program included in the Mac CallerID©  folder.  Enter your name, address, (in the address field please include telephone and fax numbers, and modem and computer type), e-mail address and the number of single user licenses you desire for each program you wish to purchase.  Save, Copy or Print the data from the Register program and send the data and payment to Kagi.  Payment processing is handled by Kagi.

  6. DO NOT ORDER THE UPDATE DISK UNLESS YOU ARE A REGISTERED USER!!!!!
  7. If you are ordering an update disk you must be a registered user.  If you send payment and you are not registered you will not receive a password and your money will not be refunded!

If paying with Credit Card or First Virtual, you can e-mail or fax the data to Kagi.  Their e-mail address is sales@kagi.com and their fax number is 1-510-652-6589.  You can either Copy the data from Register and paste into the body of an e-mail message or you can Save the data to a file and you can attach that file to an e-mail message.  There is no need to compress the data file, it's already pretty small.  If you have a fax modem, just Print the data to the Kagi Fax number.

  11. Payments sent via e-mail are processed within 3 to 4 days.  You will receive an e-mail acknowledgement when it is processed.  Payments sent via fax take up to 10 days and if you provide a correct internet e-mail address you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement.

  13. If you are paying with Cash or USD Check you should print the data using the Register application and send it to the address shown on the form, which is:

  19. For foreign orders, please use checks or travelers checks drawn on U.S. banks, or international money orders.

  21. Checks sent in currencies other than US dollars will not be accepted.

If you have a purchasing department, you can enter all the data into the Register program and then select INVOICE as your payment method.  Print three copies of the form and send it to your accounts payable department.  You might want to highlight the line that mentions that they must include a copy of the form with their payment.

  25. Kagi can not invoice your company, you need to act on my behalf and generate the invoice and handle all the paperwork on your end.

  27. Please do not fax or e-mail payment forms that indicate Cash, Check or Invoice as the payment method.  As far as we know, there is still no technology to transfer physical objects via fax or e-mail and without the payment, the form cannot be processed.

  29. Payments send via postal mail take time to reach Kagi and then up to 10 days for processing.  Again, if you include a correct e-mail address, you will hear from Kagi when the form is processed.

  31. Mac CallerID© has a password protection scheme.  After your payment has been processed you will receive a personal password to unlock the features that you have paid for via e-mail.  If you do not have an e-mail address your password will be sent via postal mail.

  59. UPDATES VIA E-MAIL

  61. Updates via e-mail are free for the standard version and
  62. any additional features that you purchase.  New features may
  63. or may not be included as a standard feature and may require
  64. an additional fee to activate them.

  66. UPDATES VIA POSTAL MAIL
  67.  
  68. Registered users are entitled to one free update disk.
  69. After your one free update each additional update will
  70. require payment in U.S. dollars.  For foreign updates
  71. please use checks or travelers checks drawn on U.S. banks,
  72. or international money orders.

  74. Updates via regular mail are as follows:
  75.          Domestic Update Disk                         ($5 U.S.)
  76.          International Update Disk        ($10 U.S.)

  78. These fees are to cover shipping and handling and the
  79. additional time required to process.
